If you canceled a Yearly Plus subscription, you can reactivate at any time by logging back in and selecting your plan again. If you were on a monthly plan, reactivating isn't guaranteed the same way, so check the Monthly section below before you try.
Can't remember your password? Visit How Do I Reset My Password? before continuing. You'll need to be able to log in before you can reactivate.
📍 If you got here from an offer link in an email, note that a password reset takes you away from that link. Once you've reset your password and logged in, go back to your email and click the original offer button again rather than navigating to That Clean Life on your own. The discount is attached to that specific link, not to your account, so reopening it is what brings the discount back.

Before You Begin
- You'll need the email address and password for your That Clean Life account. If you've forgotten your password, reset it first using the link above.
- If you cancelled a Yearly Plus subscription, you keep full access until the end of your paid term. You'll only see the reactivation flow below once that term has ended.
- If you have a paused subscription rather than a cancelled one, you're in a different state; you don't need this article. Paused accounts have a self-serve Reactivate button. For steps to un-pause, see How Do I Pause My Subscription? instead.
What Happens When You Reactivate
Logging back in brings your account back to an active state, but it doesn't automatically restore everything to exactly how you left it. Here's what to expect:
-
Your shares. When a subscription ends, all shared links are automatically set to private, even for annual subscribers. Reactivating your subscription does not turn them back on. You'll need to manually re-enable each share you want active again. See How Do I Use Sharing? for steps.
- Your embeds and integration tokens. Any Practice Better integration token you had is permanently revoked when a subscription ends and can't be restored. If you use the Practice Better integration to embed content, those embeds rely on that token. You'll need to generate a new token after reactivating.
💡 Tip: If you use shares, embeds, or the Practice Better integration, plan to spend a few minutes checking each one after you reactivate, rather than assuming they picked up where you left off.
Reactivating a Yearly Plus Subscription
Your plans, collections, and recipe box were kept safe the whole time you were canceled, free of charge. Once your term has ended and your subscription shows as canceled, here's how to get back in:
- Go to That Clean Life's login page and log in with your existing email address and password.
- You'll be redirected automatically to the Subscriptions page. This happens because the system detects that you don't have an active plan.
- Toggle Pay Yearly on and click the Select Plan button under the Plus plan.
- If prompted, enter your payment information. Depending on your account, your previous payment method may still be saved.
- Complete the checkout to reactivate your account.
Reactivating With an Offer Link
If you received a "Reactivate with a discount" link by email, you only need to log in after clicking the link and it takes you straight to checkout for Yearly Plus with the discount already applied.
- Click the offer link in your email and use that exact link, not a bookmarked or retyped version.
- Log in when prompted. If you need to reset your password, click the same offer link again afterward.
- Confirm your payment details and complete the checkout. The discount will already be reflected in your total.
📍 Needed a password reset along the way? Resetting your password takes you out of the offer link. Once you've logged in, go back to your email and click the original offer link again. The discount is tied to that specific link, not to your account, so you'll need to reopen it to bring the discount back.
Reactivating a Monthly Subscription
Your login still works after canceling a monthly plan, but reactivating puts you through the same flow as a new signup rather than picking up your previous plans and content automatically.
- Go to That Clean Life's login page and log in with your existing email address and password.
- You'll be redirected automatically to the Subscriptions page. This happens because the system detects you don't have an active plan.
- Click Select Plan next to the plan you want: Starter or Plus.
- If you want annual billing, toggle Pay Yearly on. Leave it off for monthly billing.
- If prompted, enter your payment information.
- Complete the checkout to resubscribe.
📍 Looking for content from before you canceled? Monthly plans don't retain your data after cancellation; your previous plans, collections, and recipe box won't carry over. If you want to keep your content when you're not actively using your subscription, pause your plan instead of canceling. See How Do I Pause My Subscription?
After You Reactivate
Once checkout is complete, your account is active again. Take a moment to:
- Re-enable any shares you want your clients to access. See How Do I Use Sharing?
- Generate a new integration token if you use the Practice Better integration.
- Check that any embedded content displays correctly, since it depends on the token.
